To take advantage of our Price Match Promise, simply provide us with a quote from the other retailer. We will verify the quote and match the price if it is lower than our own.
The Price Match Process
Contact our flooring experts on 0121 274 8575 or [email protected] and let them know you’d like us to match a price by providing a quote from the other retailer.
Our flooring experts will gather some details from you, including the name of the flooring, the competitor, the lower price, and when and where you found it.
Our team will assess your request, and if it meets the terms of our Price Match Promise, we’ll honour the lower price.
Terms and Conditions
The Price Match Promise only applies to identical products from UK retailers.
The Price Match Promise does not apply to sale items or clearance items.
The Price Match Promise does not apply to shipping costs or installation costs.
Flooring Surgeons reserves the right to refuse to match a price if the quote is not valid or if the other retailer is not a reputable supplier.
